No, the costumes will not have feathers or backpacks. This year we are simplifying the costumes and reducing prices to encourage more participation.
Costume pickup will be at 4805 10th St, NE DC 20017.

When you purchase a costume, you get entry into the park/parade, unlimited drinks, two meals, and boundless joy!
Carnival Day
This year, Baltimore One Carnival is Sunday July 13, 2024.
The Baltimore committee has stated that carnival this year will in the same place as last year, Druid Hill Park.
Parking will be a challenge. The city has not allocated a specific parking lot to carnival. So, as of now, do the best you can to find street parking.
